FG-01 YouKits Antenna Graphic Analyser 1-60MHz
The new FG-01 antenna analyser covers the complete HF spectrum from 1MHz - 60MHz. It is the first of its type to feature a colour display! It will present absolute values and also a graphic spectrum display. The bandwidth of the graphic display can be adjusted. The unit has a built-in battery for total portability.It is powered by internal rechargeable Lithium cells or can be powered from an external 10-12v source. The colour graphic display provides a clear indication of VSWR across the selected bandwidth. Bandwidths can be set from 100kHz to 50MHz in preprogrammed segments. The centre frequency can be adjusted in steps from 1kHz to 1MHz. Steps and scanning ranges are selected by briefly pressing the tuning knob. As well as the graphic display the panel also indicates absolute VSWR values together with battery voltage. The FG-01 is designed to be a very portable way of quickly and accurately measuring VSWR and showing multi resonant points on antennas such as dipoles and beams. It makes antenna adjustment very easy. Once you have used an analyser with a graphic display, you will realise how much more information you can get on one screen and immediately see how adjustments on one band can affect another.
HB-1B YouKits QRP 4-Band Transceiver 5W 80/40/30/20m
The new QRP transceiver from YouKits covers four bands 80/40/30/20m. This CW transceiver delivers 5 Watts of effective power as well as general coverage receive from 3.2 - 16MHz (CW & SSB).This new model has not only added two additional bands, it also now features continuously variable selectivity in conjunction with xtal filter. It has many other interesting features including 30 memories, RIT, Automatic CQ with your call sign, Attenuator, Steps of 10Hz, 100Hz and 5kHz, IF filter from 400Hz - 3kHz, built-in electronic keyer, and a lovely clear LCD display. External 9 - 12v gives up to 5W output and 14v (max) around 7 Watts. Receive drain is approx 60mA. There is provision for using 3 x LS14500 lithium cells internally - not included. Diamond SD330 HF Screwdriver Mobile Antenna 3.5 - 30MHz
The Diamond SD-330 is a remotely controlled mobile antenna that can be fitted to the car in minutes using a magnetic mount such as the Watson W-300S triple magnetic mount. (Do not use a single leg magnetic mount as the capacity to earth will not be enough below 14MHz and unless staionary, will not provide adequate adhesion. The antenna comprises a base loaded electrinically tuned "screwdriver" antenna with a flexible whip mounted on a spring coil. The total height is 1.7m approx depending on frequency. From the antenna is a detachable DC cable with a total length of approx. 22ft of DC feed cable. This includes a short detachable length at the car end which comprises a remote up/down press button unit and a cigar plug. The current drawn is just 100 mA.Tuning is achieved by pressing either the up or down button and listening for the signals to peak in strength. This is very noticeable and gets you very close to minimum VSWR. Any fineup/down adjustments can be carried out with the radio's aVSWR meter. The antenna has a large diameter base coil and can be tuned to any frequency in the range 3.5 - 30MHz.
